Members of the Pushmataha County Sportsman Club will hold
their Annual Husband-Wife Bass Tournament and fish fry on Saturday, June
4. The tournament will take place at
McGee Creek Lake and will launch from the Potapo boat ramp. Fishing times will be from 7:00 a.m. until
2:00 p.m. Members will hold a fish fry
immediately after weigh-in. This is
Oklahoma’s free fishing week end so a fishing license will not be required to
fish. A team does not have to be husband
and wife but do have to be a male and female team. One team member must be a member of the club. Entry fee is $15.00 per person with an
optional $5.00 big bass pot entry fee.
First, second and third place team prizes will be awarded. Plaques will be awarded to the ladies for the
biggest bass caught by them, first thru fifth place. Come on out and enjoy the outdoors, the
fishing and good food.
